Course Objetives


  • To familiarize current AOC holders and other Operational and Concerned Personnel with a detailed understanding of EASA MMEL / MEL Regulatory Requirements
  • Understand the regulatory background applicable to the MMEL/ MEL
  • To explain the philosophy and purpose and role of the MEL and requirements related to maintaining validity of the MEL
  • To interpret the MEL content in the context of multiple aircraft defects and Understand the Minimum Equipment List restrictions
  • Be able to assess the MEL complies with the Aircraft Configuration
  • Understand the Operators MEL Procedures, MEL ownership and
  • Relationship to Certification Standards

Course Objetives


The course is aim to:

  • Achieve a solid understanding related to Part CAMO Maintenance & Continued Airworthiness Management (CAM) including Subpart I Airworthiness Review Certificates (ARC)
  • Be able to demonstrate Part CAMO Understanding and Functionality and to be able to avoid or mitigate problems
  • A detailed understanding of the Part CAMO Quality System
  • Be able to use the regulation to proactively manage the CAMO Organisation

Course Objetives


  • Understand the Part-ML regulatory environment, including key responsibilities related to Continuous Airworthiness Management (CAM) and ARC certificates under Subpart I.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of how Part-ML works and how to apply it to prevent or effectively manage problems in light aviation organizations and operations.
  • Use regulations to interact appropriately with Combined Airworthiness Organizations (CAOs or CAMOs) and ensure regulatory compliance in affected operations.

Course Objetives

  • Understand the EASA PartM and PartCAMO regulatory framework, including the responsibilities under Regulation (EU) 1321/2014, its structure, subparts, and relationship with Part 145.
  • Explain the functions of a CAMO organization, specifically in continuing airworthiness management (Subpart G) and issuing Airworthiness Review Certificates (ARC, Subpart I).
  • Effectively identify the interface between PartM/CAMO and Part 145, covering contracts, subcontracts, and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Manage the ongoing maintenance program, including procedures, data analysis, AD and Service Bulletin implementation, and record keeping.
  • Recognize the roles within a CAMO, such as reliability, technical records, planning, and quality managers.
